FAQQ1:Are you a factory or trading company?---We are a factory with more than 5 years production experience.Q2: I wonder if you accept small orders?--- Yes, Pls fell free to contact us no matter how many products you want, we will try our best to do it well.Q 3: Can you do OEM ?---OEM is OK, if we get the design drawing, we will supply best price if qty is large.Q4: Can you supply the samples?---Yes, we can. But you should pay the sample fee and freight.Q5: What's the shipping way?--- For sample, we usually ship via air express, such as DHL, TNT, Fedex or our cooperated shipping agent. For large order, we will ship via sea. Q6: Is there MOQ request? --- MOQ is 10pcs for small order. But price is different for different quantity.Q7: What's your Payment Terms?--- T/T and L/C are acceptable. Other payment terms can be suggested.Q8:What's the delivery time?--- For sample of our usual products, it is delivered within a week. For large order or customized product, the delivery date is around 25-35 working days.
